Shipment
All orders made during regular office hours – between Monday and Friday by 11 a.m. – will be processed on that same day.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and during holidays. They will be processed on the following working day.
Delivery within the EU occurs within 3 working days. Your order can be delivered to an address different from the one listed on the invoice. Should you wish to add an alternative delivery address, do so during the check-out procedure.
If customers purchase more than one article, the delivery can consist of several packages.
For deliveries that consist of several packages, a separate tracking link is created for each package.

Shipping costs
Luis Trenker ships to Italy, Germany and Austria for 9€, shippings to all the other EU-Countries are 15€.
Due to the custom taxes we charge for every shipping to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Great Britain 35€ (including all taxes, vat and shipping costs)
