We are happy to offer a free return and exchange service within 20 days from purchase. Should you wish to cancel your order before receiving your package, please get in touch with our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If your order has already been sent out, we ask you to wait until you have received it before getting in touch with us.
For deliveries that consist of several packages, we ask our customers to return the items in only one package to us.
Returns, Germany and Austria: You can find the return label and information on how to send the package in the shipment confirmation email.
Returns, Italy and other EU countries: Please email us at email@example.com and we will organise the retrieval of your package.
Returns, Switzerland: the return label is included in the package.
As soon as the package returns to the warehouse, we will assess its condition. Your money will be returned within 15 days. Orders which are sent back in bad conditions will not be considered. The return of the total amount, minus shipping costs, will be made automatically to the means used to make the purchase. Credit card purchases are an exception. In this case, we ask you to include your IBAN on the return module included in the package.
