If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service (email@example.com
) to request its total cancellation; you will immediately be able to make a purchase of desired products since the amount of your order is only charged at the time of the shipment of the goods.
If your order has already been shipped we invite you to wait until it arrives and then contact our Customer Service to request its return. You should contact our customer service which will issue authorisation for the return service and make arrangements with the carrier to pick up the package at no extra cost to you.
As soon as the goods have been returned to the warehouse their condition will be checked and you will receive the refund of the total amount, with exception of the Shipping costs within maximum 15 days. The refund will be automatically paid in the same way you made the purchase.
